My name is Emanuele Dongo and I am an operator for Fles SNC di Sergenti & C. We specialise in road construction and in particular digging trenches for the installation of new water pipes and electricity cables.

The family-owned company was established 28 years ago, but we only have a relatively small team of seven employees. For this reason, team spirit and reliable equipment are essential elements of our business.

HITACHI

We have been using Hitachi excavators since 2003 and have a good relationship with Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV and the Italian distributor. All of the people at Hitachi are easy to get in touch with – even after the office has closed. They understand that the machinery is essential for us to complete our work.

We now have a Hitachi ZX27U-2 and a ZX210-3, and will soon be ordering a ZX30U-2 to expand the fleet even further.

Experience

The ZX27U-2 is working on many of our road construction projects. It is excavating soil for the installation of new water and electricity supplies. The versatility of the mini-excavator is vital, because it is useful for different types of work and can be fitted with a wide range of buckets.
