My

My name is Piskov Ivan and I have been working for Ofisstroy in Moscow for three years. The company specialises in construction, renovation and interior design of commercial properties including offices, restaurants, shopping centres and factories.

One of Ofisstroy’s current locations is the high-profile Moscow-City business development on the banks of the Moscow River. When it is completed in 2012, it will be home to offices, apartments, restaurants and leisure facilities.

I am operating a ZX210LCH-3 to move earth and make way for the foundations of a new building on the 100-hectare complex.

HITACHI

Ofisstroy has 30 machines at this site, including two ZX450LC-3s and two ZX230LC excavators fitted with breakers. The company relies exclusively on Hitachi machinery and bought its first Hitachi model in 1998. Now it has a 150-strong fleet of dump trucks and excavators ranging from ZX180W to ZX450 models.

The relationship between Ofisstroy and Russia’s authorised Hitachi dealer, Techstroycontract (TSC), has strengthened over the past few years. The company benefits from TSC’s good after-sales support and its ability to respond instantly to any issues.

Experience

I have only ever worked with Hitachi construction machinery and find the ZX210LCH-3 easy to operate. The seat is also very comfortable.

The most important benefit for me is good all-round visibility from the cab. It helps me to feel safe and secure while I am working on this busy site. This excavator is also extremely productive and has minimal downtime.
